Liquid Particle Explorer
Using rap.IDs technology Liquid
Particle Explorer measures the number of particles in liquids and
determines their material composition. Thus Liquid
Particle Explorer is ground-breaking, by presenting a fast and reliable
way to achieve quality control in the production of liquid drugs or high-purity
liquids, by means of a single apparatus. Thereby, time-consuming laboratory
analysis is made redundant. This mobile analysis system can be employed
at any step of production depending on the phase that has to be assessed
for quality.

The performance characteristics: New
features!
- All Particles > 2 µm of a sample are automatically:
- sized and counted.
- identified by Raman Spectroscopy. (The material
of the particle, e.g. rubber, glass, or polypropylene is accurately
determined.)
- identified and reported
- The documentation is clear and understandable.
- The expandable system database currently contains
approximately 500 entries.
- The system is CFR 21 Part 11 compliant and easy to
validate.
You can operate L.P.E immediately.
rap.ID and its certified sales- and service partners will train and support
you on location. After a basis training of 4 hours you can operate the
system, and identify particles. rap.ID is experienced in the implementation
of special method developement for measurements or in implementing SOPs
for troubleshooting, routine measurements or validation of the method. |
