Airborne Particle Explorer – The Advanced Analysis System (APSys) for the Cleanroom
rap.ID is the first company on the world that presents a novel analysis device that is able to count the number of particles as well as to identify their chemical structure at the same time. Cleanroom operators using this novel device are able to quickly identify particles and thus are able to attain high product quality as well as increased efficiency.

The different steps necessary in this process are carried out completely automatically by this efficient system - from the counting of particles to their identification.

A new generation in prevention
The Particle Explorer offers plenty of advantages to the user which guarantee a simple and trouble-free implementation in the production process.

  • No structural work is necessary as the unit’s dimensions enable mobile applications

  • Measurements and identification of the material composition are straightforward and carried out within seconds; they can be performed at any time and do not disrupt the production process.

  • The unit works independently and is easy to operate.

Our system provides quality assurance for operators of cleanrooms and thus evokes various economical benefits:

  • The detection of the capital root errors at an early stage enables to apply preventive measuring in advance of troubles interrupting the production process.

  • The authorities' admissibility guidelines can be followed more cost-effectively.

  • Particle contamination of the product and the ensuing loss in turnover are minimized.

  • The significant cost and time needed for measurements and analyses are reduced.

Thus the employment of the Particle Explorer provides an obvious alternative to conventional analyses. Among the remarkable features of this new system are a positive cost-benefit ratio, outstanding reliability and simple implementation even in the highly sensitive production environment of cleanrooms.
