In Europe through PMT AG with offices in France, Italy, Hungary, UK, Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. In Japan and Taiwan through Opus1, based in Tokyo. Also we sell over distributors in: Korea, Israel, India, China and Turkey.

Our Business Activity – Rapid Particle Analysis Systems
In 2002 the company introduced a system for rapid particle analysis in clean production environments to the market. In an extension of the original concentration measurement, the system now allows a conclusion about the material composition and thus about the origin of the particles. Using the rap.ID technology reacting before a potential malfunction becomes a possibility, and a proactive quality management can be put into action. Productivity and the production yield will improve significantly.

Research and Development – Starting Point of Our Success Story
rap.ID constantly invests considerable amounts into research and development. In 2001 German patent right was granted for the core components of the particle analysis system. This was an important milestone on the road to a lasting protection of the company’s own products. In order to expand this position rap.ID will apply for patents on the further development of several system modules. Therefore in 2003 the patent of the filter substrate was granted. It is the aim of rap.ID to secure its technological leadership in this sector.

The application of research to future production scenarios was the main challenge in order to put our own serial production successfully into action. Performing Contract Testing after cGLP in 2006 will be the next step in the direction of a well recognized and reliable future oriented company working together with pharmaceutical industries.
